Sometimes in your life, you have experienced something that has affected you adversely. It may have caused you severe pain to see others’ misbehaviour either towards yourself or towards others. You may have seen human beings in despair, suffering due to inhumanity, due to selfishness, due to cruelty and due to misuse of power.

Christ, as you know so well, suffered on the cross and millions after him have been tortured to death. They were all suffering; they were all suffering due to inhumanity, due to failures from people that misused their power. You can raise your voice and protest. You can, by nonviolent acts, protest against inhumanity. You can be a helping hand for the sufferers.

Suffering takes many forms. In your daily life, you see suffering of both the mental and the physical kind, suffering due to insufficient nutrition, suffering due to drugs and suffering due to misbehaviour. People may suffer due to inabilities, weaknesses or the fact that people are careless and leave other people in miserable conditions.

People who have an abundance of resources and still acquire possessions for no other reasons but themselves, are blindfolded by their selfishness. Their minds become blocked and they cannot see the despair of other people, but their own minds cause them trouble and they can only blame themselves for their miseries. Due to selfishness, people are causing problems and suffering to your world.

If you have lost your fortune, lost your job, lost a friend, lost a dear one, and do not have the knowledge of yourself that you are an eternal being and that you live for ever, then you will suffer until you climb spiritually and raise yourself above the material world.

Suffering is of the good when you can turn it to something better, when you can improve yourself, when you, in your suffering, climb in knowledge and understand the nature of yourself and your fellow beings. Suffering can ameliorate you to such a level where you earn complete felicity. Suffering can be of such a golden opportunity for you to see the beauty of yourself, the beauty in life.

Human beings that are suffering due to hunger have only this in mind, and it is difficult for them to raise themselves because their physical needs need to be fulfilled before they can manage their lives, before they can sow the seeds in the ground. You are here on earth to fulfil yourself, to give a helping hand to the misfortunate.

You see, my friend, there are many different kinds of suffering. Some are there to raise and improve your life, and some are there for you to give charity.

When you have your physical needs covered then suffering is there for you to improve yourself. You can be a helping hand for others. You can raise your empathy and your understanding, so you can become unselfish, so you can see the despair of other people, so you can see the despair of your world. Suffering is, in that respect, good for you, because it will raise your consciousness so you can find the treasure within yourself, the love for others, the love for your fellow beings, so you can see that acquiring possessions in your world is of no value to your inner self. You will not be happier when you raise yourself in material terms. You end up with a miserable life when you acquire wealth in abundance and have no eyes for the despair of your world.

If you have acquired richness in material terms, and see that there are human beings on earth that need your assistance, then give of yourself. My friend, if you follow the pathway of charity, you will raise yourself spiritually. You are here on earth to help each other; you are here to share resources so people can live in happiness and peace with each other and have love foremost in their lives.

When you receive this message in the right perspective, when you see the suffering of your world as a challenge for your helping hands, for you to bring love and charity, for you to bring comfort, for you to replace suffering with love, then you will find calmness of mind, then you will see that you can be that angel, that messenger of God, that gave the sufferer a helping hand. Then you can sleep well at night and you will have peace of mind, because you did what you could do. You did what was expected of you, and what your Father in heaven expected you to perform with his hands.

Always do what is in your power to help others, to soothe their suffering, because then you bring love and charity to your fellow beings, and you bring peace to yourself.

When you are in your physical body, when you are alive on earth, you intermingle with people friends, family, colleagues at work, peers in school and strangers, people that you do not know. You do your shopping, you attend concerts, you go to the theatre, and you travel abroad and meet people of different cultures and backgrounds. Everywhere your pathway takes you, you meet people of a different attitude, of a different character, of a different mindset, of a different personality and of different levels of spirituality. We all have people around us in different situations in life, if we do not choose to be private. My friend, in the spirit world, you meet people as you do on earth, but you mingle with people of the same attitude and spirituality as yourself because then you are at ease, that is your comfort zone. Level of spirituality creates the conditions for individual freedom in the spirit world.

My friend, when you meet people, you can watch and see how others behave. You can read their expressions and you can make a picture of the different individuals. In the spirit world, we all have an aura around ourselves, a light of different colours that gives you the ability to read others with your spirit eyes. By the aura, you will know the character of other human beings. You will know if there are kind and loving thoughts. You will know and you can read the background and history to every human being. That is not to say that when we walk in a crowded place, we interpret everyone. No, the main difference is that we know the character when we see them. These attributes can be hidden on earth. People can deceive you and pretend they have a personality and character that is not real. In the spirit world we see the inner spiritual self, the real you.

What you bring over to this side of life is your character and personality, and there are no secrets that you can hide in the spirit world as you can on the earth plane. Your real self is coming forward on this side and many have regrets for their behaviour on earth. Misuse of power, selfishness, greed and vanity are all part of the aura, which is not distinct on earth. Here your true self is displayed for everyone.

When you ask for assistance you will have souls coming to you that want to help you with your failures on earth, because we have love for you. In your world there are also helping hands, but your world is the mechanical world. This side of life is the creative world, and we can be in your presence when you send your thoughts to us. We move our beings by thought, and the electrical signal you send to us is received instantly, and thus we can attend to you instantly.

When you have trouble in your world and call for an ambulance it will take some time before they come and that will sometimes cause the physical death. On this side there is no waiting time. Call it an ambulance, but we are there at once. In this world there is no physical damage, it is only mental illness that you have brought forward from the earth plane, and that you have to cure. Mental disorder here is not what you call mental disorder in your world, because that will be immediately repaired when passing the threshold of physical death. No, my friend mental illness here is what you get when you misbehave on earth, when you misuse power, when you have been cruel to other living beings, and when you have misbehaved in such a manner that you yourself will experience the pictures of misbehaviour towards yourself. You see, what you did on earth is not erased, it is in your mind, within your consciousness, and the pictures that you created for yourself will be exposed and are as real to you as yourself. That is the mental disorder on this side of life.

You can create a treasure within yourself when on earth, when you give love to others, when you become unselfish, when you behave in a decent manner, when you give a helping hand wherever you can. Then, my friend, you will build up a treasure that your inner self can expose and enjoy the beauty of. What a wonderful message we have for you, my friend. We give you here the answer for wellbeing on the other side of life. Do whatever it takes to bring love to all fellow beings and you will be rewarded with a precious treasure that will be your paradise, the heaven that you created within yourself. Pure love is the heaven that we all want to be part of. That is God’s heaven, and God is love, and we all want to be part of his consciousness.

You are not alone. You do not need to be alone. Go out and help other people, help wherever you can, and you will make friendship on your pathway. People will appreciate your helping hand, and you will be part of their happiness. You can have your private sphere, you can be by yourself, as you can on earth, when you desire to be private, but remember, there are no secrets. There are eyes all over, as it is on earth but you cannot see them. God sees everything. A symbolic phrase, but it is the truth, because we as spiritual beings can see with God’s eyes. We see everything, we can attend to you on earth, and walk beside you. We try influencing you to guide and help you to raise yourself spiritually. We are your helping hands, if you let us do so.

If you, in your mind, can imagine that when you leave your physical body you are as real as you are now, that you can walk in the same surroundings, that people cannot see you, but you feel just the same as you were when you had your physical body intact, imagine this my friend, let this thought be yours for a while.

On earth you have spirits all around you, and you will be one of them someday. You will attend to matters on earth as you do now. You will give a helping hand to your friends, to your family that are still left behind. They cannot see you, but you will be part of this unseen world. Many are here on earth to help others and many are here because they have not raised themselves towards a higher sphere.

My friend, I can assure you that you are not alone; there is always a helping hand.

What a wonderful creation we are. You were born with a physical body with beautiful eyes that can view the world, view the universe, view yourself and the nature you are part of. You have been born with the faculties that were created by God for managing your life, your school of life on earth, and they were all there for your spiritual journey on this beautiful blue planet, the earth plane.

Within your eyes there is an ocean, an ocean of history, an ocean of consciousness, but how can I say to you that there is something that you cannot see? You are an eternal being, you have always existed, you are part of the universal spirit, and you are part of God, because he has created you. In that ocean of consciousness you have a tremendous well of information, but when you are here on earth you start from the beginning at birth with a spirit and a physical body, fresh and pure. In your life on earth, you are given the opportunity to raise yourself, to explore life and to find the truth of being with your physical senses. You are equipped with feet to walk and with hands to master your work that you find interesting and useful. Your Father in heaven has given all to you. He gave you birth, he gave you life, and he is your life, because the spirit you have within yourself is of God, and without it, you would not be alive, your physical body would not exist. With all these faculties you are prepared for the future, with all the challenges of the earth, with all the beauties that you can enjoy in Mother Nature, in other human beings, and in friendship as God’s children.

You can enjoy your life now. Dwell on this, my friend, what you have been given, what you are and what you have within yourself. It is not merely flesh, it is a spiritual being that keeps you alive. This spirit is a current, a charge from the universe. Reflect on this, reflect on life, because you can find the truth of life yourself. You can find it in Mother Nature. You can look at the flowers and you can look at the sun. Revelations are all over, and you will find and know the truth that you are an eternal being, that you are of God, that you are built from the same elements as the stars, as the elements of the universe. You have all the physical elements within yourself, the key to the universe. You yourself are a universe and when you look upon the heaven and see all the stars, you see a replica of yourself. God made man and woman in his picture, and that is the truth.

When you, as a child, have lived in a harmonious environment, when you have received love from your parents, bring that forward in your life to other human beings. If you have not received such beauty as a child, then know that you are part of God. Turn to God; he is your good parent. Have God in your heart because he is your Father and Mother. Your father will never leave you. He will stand by you and help you if you let him. He will be part of you all the way in your life. And when you leave your physical body behind, you enter his kingdom in heaven, the house of your Father. My friend, you have the paradise, the heaven within yourself, but you have to nurture this heaven, you have to nurture this seed that your Father gave you at birth. He gave you the little grain of the universe that you are on earth to develop and nurture, so you can raise yourself in spirituality. Nurture this little grain by love for your fellow beings, by leaving selfishness behind, by bringing kindness and peace to others and yourself.

When you have found this treasure within, and you feel that the love and the warmth from this treasure is part of you, is within you, has a connection to your Father, then you have raised yourself, then you are seeking the highest within your own spiritual being. Let your spirit within rule your physical being, because your spiritual being is of God, and God is love. So, when you are on that track in life you cannot go wrong and you have peace within.

With this in mind, that you are a creation of love, you can beautify your life by bringing spirituality into your being, into your life. Live now and give love. Bring charity and then you are truly alive, you are truly a helping hand of God, and that was your mission in life. Search and fulfil yourself with whatever occupation you would like to have. Fulfil yourself by enjoying the nature. Fulfil yourself by being in friendship, by being part of something beautiful that you can create with other human beings.

You can create a world within yourself that is of love and peace. Your world, your blue planet, is a wonderful creation by God, and you were given the opportunity to live and enjoy this wonderful creation. Join your world, your inner world of love with this beautiful blue planet, and you will find your treasure in life.

In the daylight, look at the beautiful nature: the wonderful rivers, the blue ocean, the green grass, the beautiful flowers of the rainbow. At night, find peace and calmness and look upon the sky, look upon the heaven of stars flickering to you in different colours, billions of stars. Some are born and some are dying, as it is with you human beings, all living beings on earth. You are a replica of the universe. You are created in the picture of God. You are a small universe yourself, a universe that you can fill with love, the mightiest power in the universe, the mightiest power that you have within yourself when you find your treasure in life. Live now my friend, live in love and peace on earth.

You are at peace with yourself, sitting in a meadow of flowers, beautiful surroundings, the sun is shining, the temperature is comfortable, and the birds are whistling and singing in the trees above. You have the view of the ocean with the waves hitting the massive rocks, disintegrating the dark blue water into bubbles and white foam. The sound from the waves coming back and forth, the singing of the birds penetrating the sound of the waves, it gives you calmness of mind and for a moment you forget all about yourself and the world. In this very moment of beauty, you have forgotten about the despair of your world, about war, hunger and cruelty. Your mind just enjoys the beauty of life, being in oneness with nature. Life is a gift of God, and you can enjoy the peace that you have within, the heaven that you have created for yourself, the treasure of life that you have nurtured and that you have for a moment with the birds, the flowers, and the ocean. For a moment, you enjoy the paradise you have built in love and peace within.

At birth you were given a little grain of love from your Almighty Father. That is the spirit that you have within yourself. This spirit is growing in spirituality when you nurture it with love for your fellow beings, and it will overflow your physical body and be one, in love for humanity and in oneness with the universe.

The school of life that you attended when you became an individual after birth, after you left your mother’s womb, is a gift from God. You received life because he gave you this little grain of love. He gave you the physical body that you could attend to with your spiritual being on the earth level so you could raise yourself in the school of life, because here on earth, you have all the passions of the physical body to learn from. You have love, you have selfishness, you have greed and you have vanity, passions that you should master in life, that you should turn into a beauty of love, of unselfishness, of charity, of honesty, of kindness, of friendship, for all the children on earth that you are part of, because we are all one. We are all of the same spirit. We are all children of God. Our Father in heaven gave us life to develop our spiritual being, to raise ourselves to a higher spiritual self. God is pure love, and he wants us to achieve his consciousness of love, his unconditional love.

And what a beautiful blue planet he has given you. What a beautiful Mother Nature, what a beautiful life he has given you to develop yourself. The sun is a revelation to you, because it shines upon all, the righteous and the nonrighteous, and that is a sign from God that you yourself should reveal your light of kindness to all, as your Father has done towards you. You are here to give love to all. Do not differentiate between people, because you are all part of the same spirit, and what you do unto others, you do unto yourself. When you give love to others, you give love to yourself. When you are cruel to others, you are cruel to yourself. So, my friend, nurture love and friendship and you will build up a strong and beautiful treasure within yourself, a heaven that will be permanent, and that will raise itself towards the Kingdom of Heaven of your Father.

There are many mansions in your Father’s house, and you are here on earth to find an abode where you can share the love with others, where you can find happiness and peace within, where you can have peace of mind completely. That is where you want to travel, my friend, and that is towards oneness, towards God, towards his paradise.

Do not let religion and creed master your life. Give with both hands, so all can see that you do not give with one and take with the other. No, let you hands be open for everyone. Let your love be poured from both hands over your brethren, over Mother Nature. Your hands are a sign, and can be the extended hands of the Almighty Spirit. You can be a messenger of God. You can be his servant in humbleness, because it is in humbleness that you will find the treasure within. It is in humbleness that you will find the heaven that you have within, that you can build up by love to a wonderful beauty. That was the intention that you had before you came to this world, to help and give love to all and by that develop yourself spiritually. That is the meaning of life.

Be sure, my friend, that you use your life well, be sure that you fill your heart with love, be sure that you give charity with both hands, be sure that you are one with your Father, with everything in life.

Life, the gift from God, can give peace to your spiritual eternal being. Let love reign over your heart, and you will have peace of mind and peace with God.

In your life on earth, in this school of life, you are here to develop yourself, and in your development it is natural to make mistakes, it is human nature. As with children, they try out the world, they try out their parents to see what they are allowed to do and not to do. You, as a parent, teach your child how to behave in this world and the child will make many mistakes, but you forgive and you correct and you give love so the child can understand that mistakes are part of life, and that they are there to enhance their own quality so they can know right from wrong. And so it is with all of us.

We attend the school of life to learn, and we make mistakes, and our Father forgives us, because he behaves as a good parent. When you correct your behaviour, when you see that you have misbehaved, then you can turn your mistakes into something better. When you give love to your brethren, when you help others, when you turn to your fellow beings with a smile of kindness and tell them that they are forgiven for their mistakes, then you have raised yourself. When you can forgive, your Father will forgive you. That is the law of cause and effect. When you give love, you receive love, when you are kind, then people will be kind towards you, and if you do not receive kindness then you give of yourself and make a light for others to follow, even though they will not follow you immediately, because when they raise themselves they will understand that their misbehaviour was wrong, and when they turn themselves to God and ask for forgiveness, they will in turn expiate their wrongdoings and turn their misbehaviour into kindness, friendship and love. That will redeem their faults. Charity is repairing your faults on earth.

By charity you can change yourself. You can raise yourself spiritually. By charity you make friendship, by charity you can forgive, by charity you give love and help your brethren; charity is the way to expiate your mistakes, your faults in life.

Christ was crucified. He told the truth. He gave love and only love, and his sayings that are of love are the truth. Sayings that are in conflict with the unconditional love from God must be wrong, because your Father in heaven is only love and he wants the best for all of his children, for all of his sons and daughters on the earth plane and in the spirit world. You see, Christ could not, by the cross, give remission for your faults, your sins, for your mistakes on earth. That is done by charity, that is done by you. He was crucified because he was a threat to people in higher positions. He taught the truth that there is a life after death, that we are all children of God, that you are an eternal being, and that we all have to raise ourselves spiritually to attain the heaven that we have within ourselves, the little grain that we received from our Father at birth. Christ knew the way; he was the truth and the light. But you have to understand the sayings of Christ. You have to understand that you are your own redeemer, and you expiate your errors by charity. That is the only way to your own salvation, that is how your create the beautiful heaven you can have within yourself, that is how you can be one with the Almighty Spirit, that is how you and all of us can be in oneness, because we are all one in the spirit of our Father in heaven.

All religions have one and the same God, and there is only one pathway in all religions to reach God and that is by love, because God is unconditional love.

Well, my friend, what a beautiful message we have for you. You can redeem your mistakes, you can have redemption from your mistakes by turning yourself into charity, into love, into oneness with God. When you do the will of your Father, then you have fulfilled yourself, then you have the knowledge and the wisdom of the divine.

We are all part of each other, and we have to care for each other. We are one. We are one in God, and love is the key that opens the gate to the kingdom of heaven. Love will fulfil your own being, love will create the paradise that you are searching for, and love will create peace of mind. So, my friend, expiate your mistakes, your faults, your errors that you have made on earth. Expiate with charity, with love for your brethren, make yourself unselfish and let others come first. Build this treasure of love within yourself, paint yourself in love, inside out, and you will be part of a wonderful peace, a peace that you will have from God, a calmness of mind that you cannot achieve without having God as part of your life.

The mistakes and faults in life are part of the troubled mind. The mistakes that you have made are coming back to you as thoughts and will not leave you before you expiate your wrongdoings. When people have done cruel things to human beings, or to any living being, their thoughts will haunt them and leave them with a troubled mind, because they have a conflict within themselves.
The episodes in life where you caused physical or mental distress to others will be clear as the day. Some mistakes will be suppressed in the subconscious mind, but they are still there until your mind is purified. With purity of mind you find peace within yourself, that is the only way to achieve peace and calmness of mind, and you know the answer for expiation, the answer is charity towards your fellow beings, by giving a helping hand, by pouring love over your pathway so you can be forgiven for your faults in life.

Charity is your salvation because in time charity will expiate and repair your faults. Isn’t that wonderful, my friend, that you can repair yourself? You can repair your mind, so your mistakes will not haunt you and be a torture to you. You can change your misbehaviour today and you can ask for guidance by your Almighty Father. God does not ever leave you. He is the good parent, but you have to let him into yourself, so he can show the way, so his will can be done in your life, and his will is love. Love for all. Let that be your pathway, and you will atone for and receive redemption for your past mistakes in life.
