In all walks of life you will meet stony roads, and when you stop for a moment and take a closer view, you will see that the stones are of different forms and structure. They have all experienced different episodes in life, they have all a memory within themselves, they are all alive in this universe, they have all an origin, and so it is with you my friend. We have all different experiences and views of life, but we are all part of the earth, of the whole.

For some a stone may have a special meaning, for others it is just a stone that hurts their feet when they walk on it. You see, all stones have within them a message and you can be in a position to read the ancient history of a particular stone when you have climbed the ladder of spirituality. If that has not yet become your pathway, the stone is merely a stone and you cannot perceive what the particular stone has experienced in life.

So it is when you look at a person, because a person may be a precious diamond, but you cannot see it with your physical eyes. A person may have inner qualities that you cannot perceive before you discover and view the person as a whole.

A stone and its physical elements can be discovered by means of a microscope or xray technology. Similarly, you can with xrays discover diseases in the physical body, you can see if there is a fracture in a bone, but you cannot in any way explore the mind of a person with your technology. No, my friend, then you have to use your insight, your empathy, your psychological mindedness; you have to use your own experience in life to evaluate and to judge other human beings. Yes, you can do that by watching their behaviour, but that is not sufficient, you have to explore the whole, the human mind, because we have all been raised in different ways in life. Some were fortunate to have good parents that gave harmony and love, and others were not that fortunate.

If you love someone you will not be dishonest to them, and you will be mindful when you share your thoughts, because that is love. It is not always wise to say all that is in your mind, even though you regard it as being honest. We perceive the world in different ways and with different attitudes of mind, and that is why we always have to be mindful with our thoughts, thoughts towards other human beings.

Honesty is a word of honour,
Honesty is loyalty,
Honesty is truthfulness,
Honesty is love.

First of all, my friend, you must be honest with yourself. You must go deep inside yourself and ask this question: “Do I behave with honesty? Am I truthful to myself?” If you can say a definite ‘yes’, then my friend, you have an inner quality that you should share with others. You should be a light for others giving this inner quality of truthfulness to all.

When you are honest with yourself, you will be honest with others. Honesty is a beautiful word of quality, but it must be in the sphere of love, because honesty and love go hand in hand.

When you truly love someone, then you are truly honest to that person. You behave in a manner where you want to fulfil yourself; want to give that person the truth of yourself. Remember that selfishness, a heavy passion of life, is contrary to honesty, because if you are only thinking about yourself, then you are not honest with yourself, because you are part of the whole, you are part of God’s creation and God´s children share with each other, because we have love for each other. That is the mind of our Father. In his mind there is pure love and when you become part of his consciousness, of his wisdom, then honesty and truthfulness will be part of yourself.

God is giving you love that you should share with others, and when you give of yourself then you receive, because what you do unto others you do unto yourself. That is the law of cause and effect. When you are dishonest towards others, then you are dishonest to yourself. When you are truthful to others, you are truthful to yourself. You see, it is correlated, it has to be of the same because you are one; you are one with all, with your Father in heaven, with humanity and with Mother Nature. You are not separate from the whole; you are part of the whole. Remember this, my friend, that what you do unto others, you do unto yourself.

Every one of us would like to have an honest friend, a friend that shares with you their life in truthfulness. You sometimes say to your friend: “Are you honest with me now, are you telling me the truth?” And likewise your friend is asking you the same question. From experience of mutual truthfulness, you gain trust as true friends. Honesty becomes a word of honour between you and love gives the fundament of this trust. So it is with friendship. You build up trust, you build up honesty, and you build up an atmosphere of love.

Trust can be broken with a single word, so be careful with your words, be honest and truthful in your life, and you do not need to remember what you have said, because all your spoken words are of the truth. Then you can have peace of mind. Truthfulness and honesty give you peace of mind, but remember that love must be part of this picture, because you must be mindful towards the people you love, towards the friends you love.

Love is the answer to rectify your mistakes, to rectify dishonest behaviour, to rectify untruthfulness. And in love you raise the people that you have hurt, and you purify yourself by giving love. Then you have the blessing of your Father in heaven.

Love unites,
Love is a precious diamond that you can have in heart,
Love is the seed from your Almighty Father that you received at birth,
Love binds people together,
Love makes friendship,
Love is of God.

Love is the union within God´s consciousness that you are part of, that you and your fellow beings are all part of, but, my friend, you do not in your physical flesh understand that you are all truly children of God, created in his picture and within his consciousness.
When you were received at birth, you became an individual and this individuality that you built up within yourself became your own personality. And so it is with every one of us. We are all separate individuals even though we are part of the same Father, of the same universal spirit.

When you seek within yourself, you will find the seed of love that was given to you at birth, this wonderful expression, this wonderful feeling, this wonderful word of love. When you nurture this seed with love for your fellow beings, you raise yourself in spirituality and you will perceive humanity as part of yourself because that is what you are, you are one, we are all one, we are one with our Father in heaven.

To be in union with your Father, you have to extend your own being with love, and when you give love, you receive love. When you on the earth plane seek materiality, you distance yourself from the spiritual expressions within. You are a spirit in a physical body, that is what you are my friend, you are a spirit covered by a physical body and you are here to learn about the earth world with its Mother Nature and human beings. Your fellow beings are part of this school because when you intermingle, you will learn from each other and from Mother Nature, all given to you by your Creator.

This is a wonderful place to learn how to control and master yourself and the passions of the earth, the passions of materiality. When you have accomplished your school of life here on earth, you will bring with you this education to the spirit world so you can take part in God’s consciousness, which is pure love. That is what you should strive for in life, love towards your fellow beings, building relationships in love. That is what you will bring with you to the spirit world, my friend, relationships of love.

God sees everything, and we in the spirit world have the ability to see through matter, to see how you behave on the earth plane. And we are messengers of God, that come to you and teach you how to behave, how to live your life how to live your life in love, how to respect each other, how to help each other, how to share, and how to find peace both within yourself and on the earth plane.

You are here on earth to build a treasure within yourself, a treasure that will be your precious diamond when you come to the spirit world, and this precious diamond is love, love that you have built up within your heart, within yourself, that will shine like the sun, like a white, bright light in the spirit world. But you can also shine upon the earth. People watch how you behave. People watch each other, how they behave, and in that manner you can walk a pathway that can be a light for your surroundings; for your family, for your friends, for everyone you meet on your pathway in life.

You might say, “How can I love my fellow beings that hurt me, that are cruel to other human beings? How can I love people that have done terrible things to other human beings, that have misbehaved in such a manner, that are impossible to love?” My friend, you must know that people of the earth plane are of different spirituality and you mingle with all these people that have different mindsets. You mingle with people that have been raised up with different qualities in life, with parents that gave love and parents that were irresponsible or did not know how to behave because love was not part of their upbringing, love that you might have received from your parents. My friend, you have to see the whole picture, and you have the resources, when you search within yourself, to help here and there according to your abilities, according to what has been given to you, but we can all be of help to each other somehow.

The treasure that you can build up within, the treasure of love you can give to other fellow beings, that have not been as fortunate as yourself, can be your mission in life. You are here for a mission, you are here to learn the school of life, you are here to give of yourself, to give love, you are here to share resources, you are here to negotiate peace, to give of yourself, we are all here for a task, and we are all given a mission in life and it is there for you to find. Your mission is certainly to help others to raise themselves spiritually, so they can see the wonders that are hidden within. Remember, you are here on earth to raise yourself and to raise your fellow beings in love.

Selfishness is a passion in life that you have to master and control, and that you have to conquer in life, because selfishness is the major obstacle in your world and the cause of hunger and war, of cruelty to mankind. Selfishness is there for you to fight, and when you find the key to the wisdom of God, you will know that you must elevate yourself above this passion in life. You must share to create peace on earth, but first of all, you must learn to love your fellow beings.

If you were fortunate with your upbringing, give a helping hand because you know that love must be shared. If you were unfortunate with your upbringing, then raise yourself in love for others, because you know that your upbringing was wrong. Then, my friend, you have elevated yourself, and you can start your journey to help and bring comfort to your fellow beings that might have been raised in similar conditions as yourself.

Your world is in despair because selfishness is lack of love for your fellow beings and is predominant in your world. You, my friend, can change this attitude of mind, because you have the knowledge, you have the wisdom, and you know why people are different and why they behave as they do. You, my friend, you must give a helping hand, then you yourself are a messenger of God, and then you yourself are an angel brought to this world as a hand of God.

Love your fellow beings, help your fellow beings, share with your fellow beings, bring wisdom to your fellow beings, and do unto others as you would have them do unto you, in goodness and in love, and you will bring peace on earth and the treasure within yourself will be beautified by your work for humankind.

My friend, you are a spirit in a physical body, and this spirit can be beautified when you achieve spiritual awareness. You have a beauty within. At first it is a little grain, but when you nurture this seed it will bloom and become your treasure in life. It will be like a gardener that sows flower seeds that are carefully nurtured and looked after every day. You yourself are this gardener. You will have to look after the flower, the beauty that you have within yourself. You have to see to that it receives the right nutrition, the spiritual food. The gardener gives water to his flowers, he gives love towards his flowers, and he creates the right atmosphere within his garden. When you know that you have the power within your mind to influence the atoms, the molecules of water, then you must understand that the flower you have within will have your thoughts as nutrition, and your thoughts will mirror themselves in your creation.

On the earth plane, people do not have the understanding of their influence. Everything consists of atoms and molecules, and you can influence this substance by your own thoughts. And so it is with you that are 70 80 % water. You can influence your whole being with your thoughts. You can influence the atoms that you consist of. That is why you can heal yourself by your thoughts. If you have a disease, you must use all available means to cure yourself, because everything that is curative is a gift from God: medical handicraft, medicine and your own thoughts for healing in the atmosphere of love. Healing and thoughts of love will nurture your body with spiritual awareness, so you can raise yourself towards the universal consciousness, towards God and heighten your own spirituality.

My friend, what I have said is part of the picture of truthfulness to yourself. You are truthful to yourself when you raise yourself in spirituality, when you nurture your body with love and charity, by giving help to others. When you leave selfishness behind, you will not only be honest towards others, but you will find truthfulness within yourself. You see, truthfulness is to understand yourself, to raise your spiritual self, to know where you came from, to know what you are, to know what the meaning of life is, to know what your mission is on earth, to know what tasks are here to perform and accomplish, and to know where you eventually will travel someday in the future when you leave your physical body behind. Truthfulness to yourself is to understand life, to understand God’s consciousness and the universe, the universal law, which is cause and effect. We know only of one law and that is cause and effect; what you do unto others, you do unto yourself. You reap as you sow, that is the universal law.

Truthfulness is something you will find within yourself when you raise yourself in spirituality, when you pray to God for his guidance, when you know that the spirit world is as real as your world even more real, because we have liberty and are not hampered by the earthly terms of materialism. We can fill ourselves with love by helping others, and so can you. The law of cause and effect is the same everywhere in the universe, whether that is on this plane of life or in the spirit world, or in other dimensions of life. You must understand that your beautiful blue planet is not the only planet that is inhabited by spirits. When you know that there are billions of stars, billions of galaxies and that the universe is endless, then it must come to your mind that there must be other dimensions and other creations of yourself; but all must come to you as a truth.

You have your microscope and telescope. You can see with your physical eyes through these devices and explore the creations by God that you cannot perceive without this technology. You can, through your microscope, see myriads of life forms. Likewise, with your telescope you are able to see the vast universe and many lightyears ahead. When you watch a star light years away, you have a glance of the distant past, because you must remember that the speed of light is your measure of distance and the speed of light gives you the measure of the past that you can see with your physical eyes.

You see, truth to you is when you discover new aspects of life with your technology. When scientists do their research within quantum physics, they will see that there are other dimensions in life, and we in the spirit world are but one dimension, with a much higher vibration than you and your physical world. It is beyond your span of light, it is of another wavelength and frequency.

On the Bridge of Love, you can raise yourself in understanding. You can meet your loved ones, your friends that have passed on to the spirit world, who can come back to you in physical form and speak to you on the Bridge of Love when you have the right conditions, the right atmosphere, and when you have trust and faith in your Father in heaven. Then your research will be a success.

Truthfulness to yourself is to understand yourself, is to understand the universe, is to understand and receive the wisdom of God that you are capable of discovering, because your Father in heaven has given you the challenge to search and when you search you will find, and the doors will open.

Truthfulness to yourself is love, honesty, unselfishness, humbleness and forgiveness, because you will know that you are part of God when you raise yourself towards his wisdom, raise yourself in spirituality. Be truthful to yourself, be honest with yourself, be honest in all walks of life, give love, provide charity, sow peace on your pathway, and the garden that you started to sow your seeds within will flourish and bloom with such a tremendous beauty that you yourself will light up and be a star for others to follow, a star with the wisdom of God.

Your garden is transparent in the spirit world. What you sow on earth, you reap on this side. You will have a beautiful garden in the spirit world, the beautiful heaven that you have created within yourself, when you have raised yourself towards your Father in heaven.

Love is all there is, love is everything in life, and truthfulness is love. When you have truthfulness within, then you have peace of mind, then your struggles on the earth plane have served their mission and you have beautified yourself. You see, the struggles and the passions of the earth are there for you to master and conquer, and when you have fulfilled yourself, they have served their role in your life, and you have found truthfulness within. Then you have achieved your objective and mission in life, because then all there is within you is love, and charity will be your treasure that you share with your brothers and sisters on earth.

When you enter into prayer, you focus your mind, your thoughts, towards the Almighty spirit, towards your Father in heaven. Then, for a while, you can leave the troubles of your world, you can leave a troubled mind, because then you enter into a consciousness that has supreme calmness, that has supreme peace. When you look upon the heaven at night you see endless stars. With your physical eyes you have a limited view, but beyond the stars there is an endless universe with tremendous power and billions upon billions of galaxies. New stars are born and old stars die, and within this creation there are explosions with energies and physical objects colliding. Stars and planets merge, but you with your physical eyes can look upon heaven with peace of mind, because up there it is to you peace, it is a beautiful view, it is a wonderful heaven that you are given by your Creator, because everything in the universe is in its place. There is not a single atom that is not under God´s hand, but God has given humankind free will and he does not interfere within his creation, and that is so because you are there to raise yourself, to find ways of peace on earth and within yourself.

When you fold your hands and enter into stillness, when you ask for guidance, when you look upon the sky, the heaven, the universe, God is there, God is everywhere, and God is within you. There is an energy that is omnipresent, it is in Mother Nature, it is in all living beings, it is the power that runs all, and this power is the mightiest force of the universe and that is love. God is love. God is unconditional love, and when you send your thoughts to your Father in heaven, he will listen, he will send you love when you ask for his wisdom, for his guidance.

Stillness within your mind can be achieved when you are truthful to yourself, when you have love for others, when you on your pathway raise yourself in the knowledge that you are a spirit, that you are an eternal being, that you are part of God with your love. You can be his hand here on earth, the loving hand that will give rest, comfort and help to many.

When you make yourself unselfish and let others come first, when you put yourself behind, when you see that the mission in life is to give love and help others, then, my friend, you will find peace of heart, peace of mind. Then you can enter into stillness with such tranquillity that you become one with your Father, and when you and your Father are one, you have all the beauty within yourself, you have created the heaven within that you were given as a seed at birth to nurture, to build up in your life, in the school of life when on earth. You see, nothing in the universe is sheer coincidence and nothing comes on its own. There is a force behind all, and that is God, the Creator.

Entering into stillness must be done in love, with faith and love for God, because when you enter into stillness you enter into the consciousness of the Almighty and that is love. That is your meditation. That is your prayer, which is to seek and find the treasure that you receive when you live a life of charity. Then you will blossom, you will flourish in heart, and you will be beautiful. Yes, you will be Godlike, because you can give love, you can judge, you can create love and peace, you can help others, you can give charity, you can be part of the universal consciousness of love. You can master yourself and your own tranquillity, your own peace of mind. Your were given this ability by your Father, and when you seek your Father in prayer, in stillness, then you can, with love in heart, meet your Father and be in union with him.

To be in union with God, is the most wonderful peace that you can obtain, to be one with your Father. That is the supreme peace of mind. And it is there for you. Your Father wants you to come to him, to be part of him, to be part of his love and to be part of his peace.

Christ obtained peace of mind. Christ was one with his Father. Christ and God were one and so can you be, my friend. Paint yourself in love inside out. Be a light for others in love, and you are one with your Father, because your Father is truly love.

In your world, as in our world, we have wonderful orchestras and composers. They make music with different kinds of tones and thereby instruments. In an orchestra you have the violin, the cello, the harp, the trumpet, the drum, the flute you have all the instruments needed to complete the masterpiece of the composer, as the creator.

The great composers of your world have many companions, friends from this side that help them with their work. They are influenced as you all are in your world with whatever tasks you have. You are influenced by spirits that have the same interests, the same profound ideas and the same love for the work as you have. Either you are a composer, a construction worker, a singer, a teacher, yes, in all occupations you have on earth, you have spirits with the same mindset that would like to help you, to influence you to do the best out of your work. And within every task you do, you are applying the right tools as instruments as with the orchestra and their instruments, to make your task perfect, to create unity and harmony for your mission.

When you listen to an orchestra you will hear at once if there is an instrument out of tune, and this instrument may catch your attention to such a degree that the play becomes disharmonic. My friend, what I am trying to tell you is that it just takes a small inconsistent part, one dissonant instrument to create imperfection either in music playing, in a task or in your work. And so it is within yourself my friend, with your reasoning, your logic, your understanding and your knowledge. When you have perceived something in your work that is not according to your own perfection, you will say to yourself: “No, that is wrong, that must be wrong, because that is not part of myself”.

When you see people going hungry, small children crying, crying due to inhumanity, when you see small children undernourished, and when you see that their faces are crying for help, crying for charity, and you turn away and say to yourself that this is something that I cannot do anything about, this is part of the world, then you are wrong, my friend. You are here on earth to give a helping hand, to be that helping hand from God, to be that angel that God sent to the world to help these little children. It is your responsibility, each and every one of you, to see to it that all the children of God are taken care of. It could have been your child that is suffering, that goes hungry to bed, but then, my friend, you must know that we are all part of the same spirit. We are all God’s children and every child on earth is your responsibility, as it is with your own child.

On earth, you are here to create harmony and peace among people, so children can smile, be happy and make you happy. When you turn away you show selfishness, you show disrespect and disregard for other human beings. That does not create harmony in your world. Selfishness is the main obstacle, the material passion of the earth that you should master, control and conquer. It is there for you to erase from the surface of the earth. Stand up and say the truth to everyone in your world. Do not close your eyes. Do not tape your mouth. It is through communication, through words that you can say your opinion, that you can cast light upon the problems of your world.

Within yourself, you have the earthly passions, you have love that you can give to the world, but you also have to master selfishness, greed, vanity and dishonesty that are causing disasters to your world, because people are turning their heads away and do not want to look at the despair that these passions are causing to humankind and your beautiful blue planet.

My friend, cultivate love wherever your pathway takes you, because it is in love you will create harmony within yourself and in your world. When you have love as the foremost objective in life, then you are in harmony with yourself, then you will play beautiful music, because all your instruments that you have within your spiritual self are in harmony; love makes harmony.

You need to work hard to give love to all. It is the same within an orchestra. You have to work hard to make all perfect. When the orchestra has made the masterpiece perfect, and all instruments are attuned to each other, then the orchestra can pour love over its audience, because it is perfect. Let the harmony within the orchestra show you that hard work and love for the work is the key to making your world unselfish, bringing harmony to your world, bringing peace, bringing happiness, bringing smiles on the faces of all the children of your world, God’s children.

Be sincere with yourself, and ask yourself these questions: “Am I doing the right thing? Am I giving everything that I can contribute with to make this world a better place for all? What can I do to make things better? How can I be part of this orchestra to make it perfect, to make love perfect?” When you know the answers, my friend, you have your mission, and I can tell you what your mission is: it is to give love, to help wherever you can, to sow seeds of love on your walks in life. Then you will fill yourself with a beauty, with the treasure of love. You will create the beautiful heaven within yourself, and you can partake in the orchestra and pour love over the audience, the children of God.

Harmony in your world is of God.
Harmony in your world is Friendship.
Harmony in your world is Love.
Harmony in your world is Kindness.
Harmony in your world is Unselfishness.
Harmony in your world is Forgiveness.
Harmony in your world is Humbleness.
Harmony in your world is Honesty.
Harmony in your world is Peace.

Let yourself be harmony. Let God create harmony within you. Let the rainbow with its beautiful colours be a sign of harmony from God. Ask for guidance in your prayer, and God will listen and make you beautiful within so you can create harmony in your life.
