Your world is a training ground where you have to mingle with people of different spirituality. Some have come further on their pathway in their spiritual endeavours, and some still cling to the material aspect of life. This is the school of life that we all have to tread. In this earthly life you will meet challenges of selfishness, greed for power, vanity, violence and war where people hurt each other. You meet a world in despair, due to the fact that people do not know their destiny.

On the contrary, you have love, peace, understanding and tolerance, attributes overwhelming our world on this side of life, the spirit world. Your world is in progress and should strive to obtain the same attributes as we have in our world so you can achieve peace and harmony in your lives. That´s why we are here to help you in your endeavours, to help you to create a world of love.

When we come to your world, we see a world in a mist, some lights of love here and there, but many places darkness prevails due to inhumanity. We try to inspire you, to enhance the spiritual aspect of living, so you can reach the higher self, to reach a consciousness where you can see the beauties you have inside you, the spiritual core of yourself. This should be placed first and also prevail on the material level so that people can show kindness and share the resources of this world reaching for a spirit level on earth similar to what you someday will achieve on this side.

You survive death of the physical body. That is the message that you should dwell on. Increase your awareness so that you one day can look back to the material plane and say to yourself: I did my best to help people, I did my best to share and to love, I threw away selfishness, and the need and the greed for power. In exchange you will have God’s love in life and heart.

God is just. If he was not just and didn´t give people another chance, there would not be any reincarnation in your world, neither in our world. I know that this must be difficult to understand at first, but you are a spirit with a physical body. Your spirit survives your physical body because your spirit is you, the real you. If you don’t learn the lessons of the earth, then you might need and choose to come back in another physical body to learn, to accomplish tasks that you didn’t master in your earlier reincarnation, in an earlier body on earth. Life is learning. You never end learning, not on your side and not on this side. The universe is endless, and so is your learning.

Reincarnation is a gift from God, the Almighty Spirit, the Creator, the light of love, because it is in love you have the option to reincarnate. It is like the good parents that forgive their children, and give them another chance, and another chance, and so on, until they learn, even though it is a hard way, even though there are many tears. Through struggle and crisis you really learn, but God does never let go of his children because God is love, the supreme power that we all one day shall join, because we are all united, and we are all seeking the path of love, finally.

From this side of life, we clearly see the mistakes of your world, the misfortune and your despair. Some places we see hope, and we see love because love penetrates the darkness of your world. Then we rejoice when we can inspire people to join the path of love, to plant a seed here and there, in human beings and in nature, so your world can prosper and raise itself towards a higher consciousness of living. We leave you a seed of fruit from heaven, from the place you one day shall be part of. Love is what binds us together in your world and our world. Learn every day by practising your spiritual being in love for others, and you will raise yourself above mundane things. Raise yourself spiritually. Love is the answer.

There are many religions in your world, and they are all aiming for the same objective, and that is to come close to God.

God is love, and whatever religion you have, if you reach for love then you reach for God. From ancient times the people of the earth have looked upon the sky and said: “There must be a creator of this wonderful universe”, and the religions have formed scriptures based on the treasures that people have obtained when close to God.

Over time there have been misunderstandings and misinterpretations, because any deviation from love in any context must be wrong. Religions such as Islam, Buddhism, Christianity and Hinduism all seek for God. They all seek for the highest, which is love for your fellow beings, love in its purest form.

All the prophets of your scriptures taught love so why are there so many misconceptions? We say this: The passions of the earth of materiality, of selfishness, of greed for power, misunderstanding and misjudgement over time, are the cause.

You are God’s children. How could the Almighty ever want anything more than a beautiful life for each and every one of us, as a good parent would love to do the same for their children that they love?

The people of the earth have, with their religion in hand, fought and created violence in the name of God. It cannot be more wrong, when your Father in heaven, your God, is the purest love there is.

When your Father in heaven sees that his children are fighting in his name, where there is no love for your fellow being, he cannot do anything else than cry.

God tries to raise you up spiritually so you can find the truth, because there is only one truth and that is love. Cast aside the greed and the need for power, selfishness, share your love with others, share your love with every human being, place others before yourself, then religions will be based on pure love, then religions will be your prayers to God, and then he will listen, rejoice and give you peace in your heart, the peace you are longing for.

Religions are there for you to reach higher spiritually, for serving God, for serving humanity, for love for your fellow beings. My friend, remember there is only one God, which is the purest love you can ever reach, and there is only one religion and that is love. Religions of the earth should be united, because they have the same objective, and we are all on our pathway towards God, towards the same God, and we are all spiritual beings united in love by the Almighty Spirit.

Building your character is what you should strive for in life. By giving thoughts to your actions, you can perceive your life and see what affects your inner being and your personality.

Your character is your behaviour towards others and yourself. When you meet challenges in life, you bring them on board, and then you evaluate them. These challenges change your patterns of thinking. Then keep in mind that the challenges you are meeting are there to raise you up and to teach you about life, teach you how to deal with difficulties and to manifest a behaviour towards others that is of love, patience and helpfulness.

Know what people want and strive for, and the more you know, the more you can understand their behaviour in life. In turn you can make better decisions. Place yourself in their shoes, listen and seek understanding. Know how you yourself would like to be treated.

Love, honesty, patience, understanding, fairness, helpfulness and responsibility are the keys to a higher standard of character. Know that what you do unto others, you do unto yourself, to your own consciousness. Always keep this in mind, and then you will change in character to the better.
We all would like to have a nice life, a life of wellbeing. So why are people difficult with others? Because they don’t have this knowledge or don’t give it much thought. Most problems you encounter in public affairs, in family and in communication with others, are caused only by yourself, your behaviour and your character.

A life in discernment, a life in respect for others, a life in humbleness, a life in love for your fellow beings, builds up your character.

Know that your character and your personality is what you bring over to the other side of life. Then you know how important it is to conquer yourself. Stand up and be an example for others to follow, then you build up your surroundings, the people around you, because all of us appreciate good people with high morals, high ethics and good values in life, which is your character, which also builds up your future in life.

People appreciate a good character because they know by themselves, that the highest standard of values are the most difficult to achieve.

And for you, seeking leadership. True leadership is something you are given based on your character and personality, not something you should strive for by power. When people know your true behaviour of fairness, consideration and helpfulness, yes, your true interest in people and their welfare then and first then, you are a true leader.

In contemplation, in meditation you seek for the highest inside you, and when you reach the highest, you find the inner being of yourself, your soul that survives the physical death. That´s why meditation is so necessary and so essential for your well being and your development of your inner self. You feed your physical body each day, several times a day, but do you feed your spiritual being, your spiritual body? Meditation is like food, the spiritual food for your spiritual being.

There are many ways of meditation. Some go into stillness and pray to God. Some send good thoughts to friends and to people in despair. Some seek the light, the light of love, and by moving towards love, in their own mind, they find peace and tranquillity. But remember my friend, whatever your meditation is like and how you meditate, you should always seek within yourself, because within yourself is the seed of the Almighty. When you give nutrition to this seed, it will expand and develop inside you.

When you sit in stillness, it may at first seem difficult to concentrate, but I can give you some advice. First, always pray seeking for the highest, asking for peace and love in your mind. Then go into stillness with a calm mind. See or imagine a light in front of you, like a bright star. This star is love, and the pathway to the star is where you want to travel.

If you have music at hand, you may play some calm music that inspires you for your stillness, for your inner peace. This is the first step to get closer to your inner self. Always end with a prayer in thankfulness for the love you have received.

My friend, meditation may take many shapes and forms. It is an individual journey, for each and every one of us, but you will join the path of light, the path of love. There you will be helped and guided. Find a meditation that suits you. Provide love all around you because love is the power of God. That’s where you want to be. This should be your centre of meditation.

Ask yourself this: Why is it that the best feeling you can achieve in your physical body is love? Because when you receive love, you enter into a mode of thankfulness.

Then ask yourself: Do I deserve love? Ask yourself this question many times. What can I do to deserve this most beautiful, lovely feeling? The answer is unconditional love. You cannot enter into stillness, into meditation without love. Love your fellow beings, send out love, give love and you will receive love.

That’s the guidance for reaching the highest, your inner self, the beauty inside you. This is the key to meditation. Love is the key that will open the doors, and there are your guides standing by waiting for the flickering of your soul, so they can lead you and guide you. Meditate, go into stillness and seek for the highest inside yourself.

When you build the power of love inside, your physical body will enter your spiritual body, and in turn give you peace and calmness in mind and you will be loved for your attributes of goodness, a light for others to follow.

Spiritual awareness is your pathway to the Almighty. With love you can develop this in a proper way on earth, but there are many obstacles in material terms. Well my friend, I tell you this, you have the power within to overcome all the obstacles, all the hindrances of the earth. You can break the barrier, which is selfishness, which is the physical and material aspect of life. When you sit in stillness, let your thoughts of goodness flow towards others, and then you will attract spirits from this side that will enhance and build up your good thoughts. Like attracts alike, so when you have good thoughts in your mind, love for your fellow beings, then you will attract your fellow beings from this side that enjoy the work for God, the work for love.

There is so much to do in your world. Be a light for others to follow, increase your spiritual awareness, know that God is there for you, but you will need a determined mind. Use your free will for the betterness of your surroundings. Find your place, find something you can strive for that is good, good for other beings, good for yourself, because doing good for others you do good to yourself. That’s the law of cause and effect, the universal law. When you reach for the highest in you, the pathway will be opened for you. You will see the light, which is something to reach for because then love and peace will come to you.

Sit in stillness, seek for the highest and peace will overwhelm you. We will help you on your pathway to spiritual knowledge, but you need to be patient my friend, you will have to work for this, you will have to work with yourself. Concentrate your mind on God, and he will send his angels.

Would you give your child everything from the start? Would your child learn the lessons of the world if you kept your child away from all troubles? Of course not, then you would do a big mistake, and God does not make mistakes. He will follow you on your spiritual pathway, but you will meet hindrances and troubles that are there for you to conquer, like the child that needs to conquer the troubles of their route in life. When you look back at your childhood, you praise your parents for their understanding. Your parents are there to help you to find love in life, to conquer the troubles of your world. When they don’t do this, then they have failed their mission, then they will strive themselves. God is there for you, for the children and for the parents, and all of you have to follow the learning of the world, the school of life.

There is a turning point for everyone. Whatever mistake you have done, reach for the highest, and God as the good parent will know what´s the best pathway for you. So the key my friend, is to seek God. If you do not learn the lessons of the earth, you are not forgotten by the Almighty, there are options for all of us, all the way, and if you don’t learn the lesson prepared for you, well obviously you have to do it over again until you learn, that’s why in God’s justice, reincarnation is provided because God is just and fair, and he loves his children. God is unconditional love.

Find your spiritual pathway, forget selfishness, help others, and bring love and peace to this world. Where you are right now, at this very moment, you have the option. Seek for the highest inside you, sit in stillness, and the door will open for you. When you see the flickering, the little light in front of you, then you can be sure that there is a helping hand close by, a hand that will help you to nurture your spiritual being and to bring you awareness of your pathway.
